Kerio Connect

Kerio Connect is a secure, high-performance, multi-domain, email server working with all POP3, IMAP and Exchange desktop mail clients for Windows, Linux and Mac. Kerio has been Mach One’s preferred email server solution since 2004.

Cross Platform Collaboration
Kerio Connect offers an impressive set of collaborative features such as public email folders, shared mailboxes, shared calendars and shared contacts to assist communication and increase productivity that can be shared across any platform whether it’s Mac, Windows, Linux or any popular smartphone OS.

Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus
It also comes with the strongest anti-spam and anti-virus built-in, so it blocks spam and viruses more efficiently from incoming, outgoing, and relayed email messages and attachments. Anti-spam protection is enabled by over 14 anti-spam layers including DHA, SpamAssassin, anti-phishing/anti-spoofing, RBL (real Time Blacklist servers), custom white/blacklists, SMTP restrictions and more. Anti-virus protection is provided by the integrated Sophos engine which provides instant protection and updates as often as every hour.

Email Archiving
This is valuable for both compliance and governance. Kerio Connect will save incoming, outgoing and relayed messages for both local and external mail. It will also integrate easily with third-party archiving solutions and non-rewritable media for legal compliance.

Automated Back-Up
The Kerio Connect server can be backed-up automatically without having to stop the server, and configure email notifications for successful, interruption and failure of back-up. Another valuable feature where high availability is a necessity is the ability to restore user data and server configurations onto a new installation in the event of hardware failure.

iPhones & Smartphones

Kerio MailServer provides push email and wireless groupware data synchronization for the most popular smartphones and smartphone operating systems, including Windows Mobile, Symbian, Palm, BlackBerry and Apple iPhone.

Functions offered include:

•	Push Email - emails are received on your phone instantly without manual checking
•	Diary Sync - changes made on the phone automatically sync with the server hosted calendars and vice versa
•	Contacts Sync - your office can add contacts to your address book while you are away and they automatically sync to your phone
•	Remote Wipe - if you lose your phone Kerio MailServer can delete email, calendar events and contacts remotely
