As you may or may not know all equipment purchased from Mach One is supplied at a total price that includes delivery, installation, and 12 months Mach One Service Cover. This service cover however can be enjoyed if you didn't purchase your equipment from Mach One by taking out a Mach One Service Agreement of which there are two types available, or you could choose to pay for support on an ad hoc basis.

Fixed Cost Service Agreement - This type of agreement includes everything from an initial general service and routine quarterly services, through to hot-line support, emergency call-outs and loan equipment all carried out to a framework of guaranteed response times.

Points Based Service Agreement - The points based service agreement is designed to enable the purchase of service cover on an ad hoc basis, but still enjoy the guaranteed response times offered with a fixed cost agreement. These service points are purchased in advanc and can then be used against any services offered under a fixed cost agreement.

Ad Hoc Support - whether you don't want a support agreement or you have only just found us and need urgent assistance with a technical problem, call us, pay the hourly, half-daily or daily rate and we will help you out of the hole.
